- For orders over 75 euros in mainland Spain, shipping is FREE. We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.
- For orders over 120 euros in France and Italy, delivery is FREE.
- For orders over 150 euros in the rest of Europe the shipping costs are FREE.
Our products are governed by certain fees and security measures, which have to be applied by the transport companies.
As we are companies specialised in ADR products, the shipping costs can be significantly higher than in other sectors.
Prices without VAT included:
- The shipping cost for mainland Spain and Balearic Islands for orders under 75€ will be 6,90 €.
- The shipping cost for France will be 15,00€. *We don’t ship to the French Islands*
- The shipping cost for UK will be 19,00€.
- The shipping cost for the rest of Europe will be 18,00€.
The order will be shipped to the address you provided at the time of purchase.
CANARY ISLANDS
Deliveries to the Canary Islands have an approximate delivery time of 45 days and must be collected from our Valresa Coatings S.A. branches at the following addresses:

We will notify you by telephone when we have the order physically on the premises so that you can pick it up at destination. Orders placed on the islands of Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro will be sent carriage forward from our offices.
The time between placing the order and the date of the first delivery attempt by the transport company at the address indicated in the order corresponds to the sum of these 2 factors:
1. Delivery preparation time (3 to 5 days) = validation and verification of your details and payment + preparation of your order + collection by the carrier.
2. The transport and delivery time of your order:
– Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal (1 to 2 days)
– Canary Islands (45 days maximum)
– Rest of Europe (3 to 5 days)
These times are indicated in working days.
Valresa makes every effort to respect the delivery times mentioned on the Portal. However, Valresa cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery or loss of the package caused by persons outside the transport contract, by yourself or for unforeseeable or insurmountable reasons or causes of force majeure. In addition, the method of payment chosen by you may affect delivery times.
In the event that you do not receive a parcel within the specified period, an investigation will be carried out in conjunction with the carrier, which may take several days (the approximate period is fourteen (14) working days). During this period, no reshipment or refund of the order will be possible.
We advise you to check that everything is in accordance with your order and in perfect condition when you receive your package. If you do not agree with the items delivered or their condition, please sign and indicate by hand on the carrier’s delivery note the anomalies you found on receipt.
Customs information:
If your shipping address is outside the European Union, you may be subject to customs duties and other taxes that are due once the products arrive in the country of destination from where they have been ordered through nitorlack.com.
Any additional charges due to customs and/or customs duties shall be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the nature or amount of these charges.
Customs policies vary significantly from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for more information. Please also remember that when you place an order through nitorlack.com, you are considered the importer of the products and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the country in which you are receiving the products. Generally, customs forms for international orders will list the value of the contents of your order by product type.

However, we would like to inform you that international trade is subject to inspection and review by the appropriate customs authorities. We may be required to provide our shipping agents with certain information concerning the products.
