Colores nitrocelulosa especial para guitarras para el acabado. Consigue fusionar capa a capa las manos de laca con el instrumento, dejando transpirar la madera y capaz de no interferir ni modificar el sonido reproducido por el instrumento, obteniendo una vibración pura. Los grandes fabricantes de guitarra utilizan esta tecnología para pintar guitarras en sus fabricas por su dureza adecuada, cubrición y propiedades.

Laca nitrocelulosa de gran calidad y resistencia. Es un barniz de fácil aplicación que ofrece un excelente acabado, brillo o mate. Si su madera tiene poco poro puede realizar el acabado completo con este producto, aplicando capas finas y sucesivas.

1.- PREPARACION DEL FONDO

– El color lo aplicaremos siempre sobre un fondo (primer). Debemos tener la superficie perfectamente lisa y si irregularidades, lijada con P800 para asegurar adherencia y que el acabado sea perfecto.

2.- APLICACIÓN DEL COLOR CON PISTOLA

– Para su aplicación pueden utilizarse Pistolas de Copa. (Boquillas recomendada de 1.3 a 1.6 mm, presión 2,5 a 3 Bar)

– Para su aplicación a pistola es necesario ajustar la viscosidad con el disolvente apropiado, para obtener un resultado optimo. Puede utilizar nuestro disolvente Medium o Retard.

– Se recomienda aplicar dos manos del producto con lijado intermedio (Lija 800) con gramajes 120 a 160 g/m2 por mano para conseguir una buena cubrición del soporte.

– Si se quiere conseguir una adherencia entre capas optima, se recomienda lijar y repintar pasadas 24 horas desde su aplicación

Las condiciones ambientales recomendadas para la aplicación de este producto son:

Temperatura: 15 a 25 C
Humedad relativa: 50 a 70%
Secado polvo 20 minutos
Secado tacto 60 minutos
Intervalo entre manos sin lijar: 20 a 30 minutos
Intervalo entre mano y mano lijada: 4 – 5 horas
Repintado: a partir de 12
Para una adherencia perfecta entre capas se recomienda lijar y repintar pasadas 24 Horas

2.- APLICACIÓN DEL COLOR EN SPRAY

– El color lo aplicaremos siempre sobre un fondo o un color, debemos tener la superficie perfectamente lisa y si irregularidades, lijada con P800 para asegurar adherencia y que el acabado sea perfecto.

– Las condiciones de temperatura, humedad y secado idóneas son las mismas que el el proceso de pintado con pistola.

– Agita bien el spray antes de aplicar su contenido durante al menos 2 minutos. De este modo, los pigmentos de pintura que contiene se podrán mezclar homogéneamente.

– Nunca dirijas el primer chorro de pintura que salga del bote sobre la superficie que vayas a pintar ya que generalmente no es uniforme y puede producir salpicaduras, apunta hacia un trozo de cartón o papel por ejemplo.

– Sujeta el spray siempre en posición vertical mientras estés pintando. Testa primero el spray sobre alguna superficie para verificar el color de la pintura. La distancia correcta entre el spray y la superficie a pintar debe ser de 25 cm aproximadamente. Comienza siempre a pulverizar alejado del objeto a pintar.

– Comienza pintando las zonas de la guitarra mas complicadas como los laterales y zonas mas escondidas ya que insistirás más sobre ellas para cubrirlas totalmente y si los alrededores ya están pintados, puede producirse el temido chorretón o diferencias de color y relieve.

– Aplica varias capas finas en direcciones cruzadas, primero verticalmente y luego horizontalmente.

– Coloca la guitarra que vayas a pintar sobre una pequeña base, si es giratoria mejor, ya que de esta forma nos aseguramos de que pintamos correctamente todas las zonas por igual.

– Recuerda esta fórmula a la hora de pintar con spray: varias capas ligeras + correcto secado entre capas = un trabajo de pintura perfecto. Siempre es preferible realizar varias capas finas de pintura (aunque no sean totalmente cubrientes) que una sola, ya que de esta forma nos aseguramos un acabado mucho más uniforme y sin defectos. Además, hay que respetar los tiempos de secado entre capas.

– Para limpiar la boquilla de restos de pintura coloca el bote de spray bocabajo, apoya la boquilla sobre una superficie firme (el suelo, por ejemplo) y presiona hacia abajo hasta que deje de salir pintura.

RECOMIENDACIONES DE SEGURIDAD

Aplicar en lugares ventilados o con extracción. Llevar guantes, prendas, gafas y mascara de protección. Lavarse concienzudamente tras la manipulación. En caso de contacto con los ojos: Enjuagar con agua cuidadosamente durante varios minutos. Quitar las lentes de contacto cuando estén presentes y pueda hacerse con facilidad. Proseguir con el lavado. Líquido y vapores muy inflamables. Provoca irritación cutánea. Provoca lesiones oculares graves. Puede provocar somnolencia о vértigo

2.- APPLICATION OF THE FINISHING WITH A GUN

– Cup Guns can be used for its application. (Recommended nozzles from 1.3 to 1.6 mm, pressure 2.5 to 3 Bar)

– For its application by spray, it is necessary to adjust the viscosity with the appropriate solvent, to obtain an optimal result. You can use our Medium or Retard solvent.

– It is recommended to apply two coats of the product with intermediate sanding (Sandpaper 800) with grammages 120 to 160 g / m2 per coat to achieve a good coverage of the support.

– If you want to achieve an optimal adhesion between coats, it is recommended to sand and repaint after 24 hours from application

The recommended environmental conditions for the application of this product are:

2.- APPLICATION OF THE FINISHING IN SPRAY

– The ideal temperature, humidity and drying conditions are the same as for the spray painting process.

– Shake the spray well before applying its content for at least 2 minutes. In this way, the paint pigments it contains can be mixed homogeneously.

– Never direct the first spray of paint that comes out of the bottle on the surface that you are going to paint since it is generally not uniform and can cause splashes, point towards a piece of cardboard or paper for example.

– Always hold the spray in a vertical position while you are painting. Test the spray on a surface first to verify the color of the paint. The correct distance between the spray and the surface to be painted should be approximately 25 cm. Always start spraying away from the object to be painted.

– Start by painting the most complicated areas of the guitar such as the sides and more hidden areas since you will insist more on them to cover them completely and if the surroundings are already painted, the dreaded drip or differences in color and relief may occur.

– Apply several thin coats in cross directions, first vertically and then horizontally.

– Place the guitar that you are going to paint on a small base, if it is rotating better, since in this way we make sure that we paint all the areas correctly.

– Remember this formula when it comes to spray painting: several light coats + correct drying between coats = a perfect paint job. It is always preferable to make several thin layers of paint (even if they are not completely covering) than just one, since in this way we ensure a much more uniform and flawless finish. In addition, the drying times between coats must be respected.

– To clean the nozzle of paint residues, place the spray can upside down, rest the nozzle on a firm surface (the floor, for example) and press down until the paint stops coming out.

SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS

Apply in ventilated places or with extraction. Wear protective gloves, clothing, glasses and a mask. Wash thoroughly after handling. In case of eye contact: Rinse carefully with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses when present and can be done easily. Continue with the wash. Highly flammable liquid and vapor. Causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye damage. May cause drowsiness or vertigo
