Nos couleurs d’inspiration vintage<\/h2>\n

Les couleurs Nitorlack sont bas\u00e9es sur les couleurs originales Fender et Gibson<\/strong>. La cr\u00e9ation de ces couleurs est pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e d’un grand travail et d’une \u00e9tude exhaustive de la part de notre laboratoire et de notre d\u00e9partement technique. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cela, nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 recr\u00e9er fid\u00e8lement les tonalit\u00e9s des guitares Fender et Gibson des ann\u00e9es 50 et 60.<\/p>\n

Durant ces ann\u00e9es et jusqu’\u00e0 aujourd’hui, il faut noter que les couleurs des guitares vintage<\/strong> ont beaucoup chang\u00e9 au fil des ann\u00e9es en raison du vieillissement de la laque nitrocellulosique<\/strong> et de l’\u00e9volution des couleurs propres \u00e0 la marque.<\/p>\n

Par cons\u00e9quent, deux guitares finies en 1960 avec des couleurs Fender peuvent \u00eatre totalement diff\u00e9rentes l’une de l’autre ou d’une guitare plus moderne.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

  • Nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 appliquer la couleur une fois que la guitare a \u00e9t\u00e9 fusionn\u00e9e avec le Nitorlack Primer.<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Lorsque nous commen\u00e7ons les travaux de peinture, les pores doivent \u00eatre ferm\u00e9s et le grain ne doit pas \u00eatre marqu\u00e9.<\/li>\n
  • Appliquer le produit par pulv\u00e9risation ou au pistolet \u00e0 une distance de 25 cm<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Lors de l’application, il convient de suivre un sch\u00e9ma d’application, d’abord horizontal puis vertical<\/strong>, en appliquant la peinture de mani\u00e8re uniforme.<\/li>\n
  • Appliquer plusieurs couches en laissant 24 heures<\/strong> de s\u00e9chage entre chaque couche et en pon\u00e7ant entre chaque couche pour \u00e9liminer les impuret\u00e9s restantes.<\/li>\n
  • Ces travaux sont achev\u00e9s lorsque la surface est compl\u00e8tement lisse et exempte d’imperfections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Combien de sprays faut-il pour vernir une guitare ?<\/h4>\n

    Si la surface est bien couverte et qu’il ne s’agit pas de votre premier projet de peinture, vous pouvez le faire avec une bombe a\u00e9rosol, m\u00eame si vous n’appliquerez pas beaucoup de couches. Cependant, si vous n’\u00eates pas un expert, nous vous recommandons d’utiliser 2 pulv\u00e9risateurs pour une finition optimale.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Quelle temp\u00e9rature doit atteindre la guitare pendant et apr\u00e8s le processus ?<\/h4>\n

    Il est recommand\u00e9 de le faire dans un endroit o\u00f9 la temp\u00e9rature se situe entre 15 et 25 degr\u00e9s Celsius. Si le processus de peinture ou de vernissage est effectu\u00e9 dans des conditions tr\u00e8s chaudes ou tr\u00e8s froides, le r\u00e9sultat final risque d’\u00eatre m\u00e9diocre.<\/p>\n

    Il est essentiel que le site soit propre, afin d’\u00e9viter que des particules de salet\u00e9 ou de poussi\u00e8re n’adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 la surface.<\/p>\n

    Couleur brun\u00e2tre de Gibson utilis\u00e9e principalement dans certaines SG et Les Paul<\/strong> depuis le d\u00e9but jusqu’\u00e0 aujourd’hui dans diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les. Coexiste avec le tr\u00e8s connu Cherry.<\/p>\n

    Elle a la particularit\u00e9 d’\u00eatre tr\u00e8s normalement sur l’acajou \u00e0 l’arri\u00e8re du corps et du manche de la Gibson.<\/p>\n

    Important<\/strong> : Comme il s’agit d’une couleur translucide, pour obtenir le m\u00eame ton que sur la photo, il est important d’utiliser la couleur\u00a0sur du bois d’acajou<\/strong> ou un ton similaire (fonc\u00e9).<\/p>\n
