Application NitorPOL Primer:<\/h2>\n

\u00b7 Dilution:<\/strong> Mix 2:1 with PU 100144112 catalyst and add 10% Nitorlack Solvent.<\/p>\n

We recommend using a spray gun with a 1.7 nozzle for primers.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Wood preparation:<\/strong> The wood must be uniform and free of imperfections. Sand progressively (240-400-800) always in the direction of the grain.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Application:<\/strong> Apply with a spray gun in several crossed coats until the surface is completely covered, avoiding applying too much product to prevent runs. Once dry, sand with P400 to ensure adhesion and level, then apply a new coat.<\/p>\n

Repeat the process until the surface is completely smooth and free of imperfections, ensuring the wood pore is closed.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Drying time:<\/strong> Allow at least 5-6 hours between coats. Final drying is achieved in 24 hours[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n

La fonction principale de ces vernis de fond est de remplir et de boucher les pores ou les petites imperfections que le bois peut avoir, dans le but d’obtenir des surfaces uniformes et nivel\u00e9es. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, ces vernis de fond doivent \u00eatre formul\u00e9s avec des agents qui facilitent le pon\u00e7age avec une transparente maximale<\/strong> s’il s’agit de vernis incolores, et avec une \u00e9lasticit\u00e9 maximale<\/strong> afin qu’ils ne se fissurent pas s’il s’agit de vernis blancs.<\/p>\n
