Si le bois n&rsquo;est pas endommag\u00e9, il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de le poncer avant d&rsquo;appliquer l&rsquo;appr\u00eat.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0en fines couches. Le but de ce processus n&rsquo;est pas d&rsquo;appliquer des couches jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les pores du bois soient compl\u00e8tement couverts, mais de donner une couche de base blanche qui affectera le ton final de la guitare, et qui agira en m\u00eame temps comme une base.<\/li>\n<li>Par cons\u00e9quent, <strong>2 ou 3 couches minces<\/strong> devraient suffire pour atteindre cet objectif.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb67732&Prime; img_size=\u00a0\u00bbfull\u00a0\u00bb alignment=\u00a0\u00bbcenter\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb67736&Prime; img_size=\u00a0\u00bbfull\u00a0\u00bb alignment=\u00a0\u00bbcenter\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>PHASE 2: Marquage du grain du bois avec le Grain Filler<\/h3>\n<p>Dans cette phase, nous appliquerons le Grain filler sur le fond blanc. Ce produit <strong>servira \u00e0 remplir les pores<\/strong> et facilitera ainsi l&rsquo;application de la peinture par la suite et les marquera \u00e9galement, ce qui donnera un effet visuel caract\u00e9ristique de ce type de processus.<\/p>\n<p>La couleur qui sera utilis\u00e9e ult\u00e9rieurement \u00e9tant une couleur translucide, les pores du bois seront visibles une fois que toutes les couches de couleur et de vernis transparent auront \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le processus consistera en ce qui suit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00e9langer le produit avec de l&rsquo;eau et remuer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il se dissolve en une p\u00e2te visqueuse.<\/li>\n<li>Une fois cette p\u00e2te obtenue, nous l&rsquo;appliquons sur toute la surface \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un chiffon ou d&rsquo;un pinceau jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que tout le bois soit recouvert.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser s\u00e9cher pendant <strong>2-3 minutes<\/strong> et enlever avec un chiffon. Il est important de ne pas d\u00e9passer ce d\u00e9lai, car bien que le Grain Filler soit un produit \u00e0 base d&rsquo;eau, qui devrait s&rsquo;enlever facilement, <strong>s&rsquo;il s\u00e8che, il peut \u00eatre plus co\u00fbteux \u00e0 enlever.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>&lt;r\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration. Si les pores du bois ne sont pas suffisamment marqu\u00e9s lors de l&rsquo;enl\u00e8vement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb67740&Prime; img_size=\u00a0\u00bbfull\u00a0\u00bb alignment=\u00a0\u00bbcenter\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb67807&Prime; img_size=\u00a0\u00bbfull\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>PHASE 3: Appliquer la couleur TV YELLOW<\/h3>\n<p>Les \u00e9tapes suivantes sont recommand\u00e9es pour l&rsquo;application des couleurs :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aplicamos el color\u00a0 en capas finas a unos <strong>20 cm de distancia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Les couches doivent \u00eatre fines et espac\u00e9es d&rsquo;au moins 12 heures, afin que le solvant de la nitrocellulose puisse s&rsquo;\u00e9vaporer et que la duret\u00e9 de la surface soit atteinte.<\/li>\n<li>Entre les couches, poncer avec <strong>P800 grit<\/strong>, pour \u00e9liminer toutes les irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Au fur et \u00e0 mesure des couches, la teinte devient de plus en plus intense. D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s notre exp\u00e9rience, la bonne teinte est atteinte au bout de la quatri\u00e8me couche.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, elle peut varier en fonction de la quantit\u00e9 de produit appliqu\u00e9e dans chaque couche et, bien s\u00fbr, en fonction de la tonalit\u00e9 finale que chaque personne souhaite donner \u00e0 sa guitare.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb67752&Prime; img_size=\u00a0\u00bbfull\u00a0\u00bb alignment=\u00a0\u00bbcenter\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb67756&Prime; img_size=\u00a0\u00bbfull\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>PHASE 4: Application de finition et de pon\u00e7age<\/h3>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re phase obligatoire est l&rsquo;application de la finition. Dans notre cas, nous avons utilis\u00e9 <strong>Golden Age<\/strong>, qui correspondra \u00e0 l&rsquo;effet vintage de ce mod\u00e8le de guitare, typique des ann\u00e9es 60.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, <strong>le type de vernis de finition peut varier, en fonction du r\u00e9sultat que chaque client souhaite obtenir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Faire 3 couches<\/strong>, en laissant s\u00e9cher au moins 12 heures entre les deux.<\/li>\n<li>Une fois que les couches de finition ont compl\u00e8tement s\u00e9ch\u00e9, nous proc\u00e9dons \u00e0 un pon\u00e7age complet.<\/li>\n<li>Mouillez la surface et <strong>commencez \u00e0 poncer avec P1000, P1500, P2000 et terminez avec P3000<\/strong>. La surface sera ainsi aussi lisse que possible et pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre polie si vous choisissez cette \u00e9tape.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb67760&Prime; img_size=\u00a0\u00bbfull\u00a0\u00bb alignment=\u00a0\u00bbcenter\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb67756&Prime; img_size=\u00a0\u00bbfull\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>PHASE 5: Polissage (facultatif)<\/h3>\n<p>Il est recommand\u00e9 d&rsquo;omettre cette \u00e9tape si vous avez utilis\u00e9 une finition mate, car le r\u00e9sultat final n&rsquo;en sera gu\u00e8re am\u00e9lior\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, si vous avez utilis\u00e9 une finition brillante, vous pouvez obtenir un changement notable de la finition finale gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce processus.<\/p>\n<p>Cette op\u00e9ration permet d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer les <strong>petites rayures<\/strong> laiss\u00e9es par le pon\u00e7age, <strong>et de rehausser la brillance finale.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le processus de polissage se compose de 2 phases et produits<\/strong>, qui doivent \u00eatre combin\u00e9s si vous voulez obtenir un bon r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Pour ce faire, vous devez suivre les \u00e9tapes suivantes<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Agiter vigoureusement le flacon de polish <strong>COMPOUD CUT<\/strong> et l&rsquo;appliquer sur la surface. Polir avec l&rsquo;\u00e9ponge de coupe blanche. Il est important de ne pas surchauffer la nitrocellulose sur la surface et de ne pas l&rsquo;endommager.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez le processus avec le produit de la deuxi\u00e8me phase: <strong>SUPERFINISH<\/strong>.
